Unlimited CounterPoint: Telephone Support Support contracts for telephone, email and remote support of Radiant CounterPoint is available. Contracts are reviewed annually and price adjusted to reflect actual usage.
Block Time: Blocks of service and support time are available at a discounted rate. Time blocks may blend telephone, office, on-site and travel time.
